We attended our final show at the Children's Theater on Father's Day weekend. It was an all-ages production, which meant Elliot could attend her first show. Joe and I had our eyes glued on the girls the whole time.
Not only because the show was a bit mind-numbing for anyone over the age of 6.
The girls' delight was our entertainment.... along with the spectacle of Elliot popping up ever few minutes, trying to get a run at the Biggest Little House in the Woods. Every time, Maya caught her firmly around the waist, just in time, and plopped her back on her tiny, pillow-topped bench in the front row.
From a few rows back, we stifled snorts of laughter.
What fun!
